How many baskets can you handle, and how far in advance do I need to order?

We handle everything from 2 baskets to 500+. For orders under 25, we typically need 2–3 business days from approval. For 25–100, allow 1–2 weeks. For larger orders, 4–6 weeks is ideal. Have a tight deadline? Reach out — we'll tell you honestly what's possible.

Can I create a fully custom basket within my own budget?

Absolutely. Tell us your per-client budget — whether that's $65 or $200 — and we'll build the basket around it. Every basket is custom-assembled to order, so nothing is off-the-shelf. You're not picking from a fixed menu.

How flexible are you on packaging?

Very. Our standard baskets come in premium reusable wicker or magnetic closure gift boxes — both are kept, not thrown away. For corporate orders, we can customize further: branded tissue paper, custom ribbon in your brand colours, your logo on the box, or packaging that matches a specific aesthetic. Have something specific in mind? Tell us in the brief, and we'll make it work. If we can't, we'll tell you upfront.

What does free logo engraving include — and what do I need to send you?

We laser engrave your logo or text directly onto the wooden board, charcuterie piece, or applicable item in the basket — permanent, clean, professional. Just send us your logo as an SVG or high-res PNG and we'll handle the rest. No extra charge on every order.

Can each basket in our order be customized differently?

Yes — and this is one of the things we do that most gifting companies don't. Two this way, two that way — we build each basket individually. Different contents, different handwritten messages, different engraving names. No two baskets in your order need to be identical.

Can I see/approve the baskets before they're delivered to my clients?

Always. We photograph every basket before it ships and send it to you for approval. You see it before your client does — every single order, no exceptions.

Can you deliver to multiple addresses in one order?

Yes. Whether it's one address or 50 different ones, we coordinate it. Free delivery across GTA and KWC. Canada-wide shipping via Canada Post for everywhere else. Just send us the address list, and we'll handle the logistics.

Can you take care of my client's diet preferences and food allergies?


Just tell us when you order. We note every restriction and build around it — no nuts, no alcohol, vegan, gluten-free. We'd rather know upfront than send something that doesn't work.
